Barbeque Tonight

On assignment with MP’s from the 720th MP BN, Co. B near near Ap An Xuan .

 

Military outpost south of Saigon. The two MP’s and I had walked into the village to get some pork ribs for a barbeque later in the day. While we were there we had a couple beers. I opened a bottle to take a drink and one MP asked me if I’d looked into the bottom of the bottle first-  “to check for crushed glass.”
