A Dream The people of South Dakota need to take advantage of their greatest asset, WIND. We need wind generators. So many of them that it would be cheaper by far to heat our homes by hot water heated by wind electricity. Electric (hybrid) cars that can be recharged over night or when at work by this cheap electricity. We need to export electricity so we can afford to furnish our schools with free electric heat and lights, easing the burden on property tax. We need to make our own generators by our own people. We need to put them up by our own labor force. We need to convert to this cheap electricity by our own labor force. The state of South Dakota could do this by bonding. Let's get it done.
