southwest part of Sioux
Falls. Renter will have access and use of most areas
of house which would include the kitchen, dining, living room and family room
as wells as exterior decks and patios. I
will provide all furnishings except for your bedroom. Rent to be set at $500 monthly which includes
all utilities. Utilities include water,
sewer, electric, gas, cable TV, and wireless cable
internet. If you are in college and
looking to do an internship etc. this summer I can hold this for a few months
