     Issued in 1950, the latitude for the capital of Mauritius, Fort Louis, is given as 21°10´; it should be 20°10´.

     The error was corrected when a new stamp with Queen Elizabeth’s picture was issued in 1954.

     Issued in 1969) The latitude is given as 40°30´N, and should be 49°30´N. In 1970 the stamps were redrawn with the correct latitude (28, 29).
