What to bring to camp:

·        Clothes (It will probably rain; it will definitely be hot.)

·        Swimming trunks                 

·        Towel and washcloth

·        sleep wear

·        Mosquito repellent

·         sleeping bag or blankets

·        Sleeping pad or air mattress

·        Toilet kit containing: soap in container, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, comb

·        Scout uniform

·        long pants

·        underwear

·        sweatshirt

·         poncho or rain jacket

·        Shoes [two pairs]

·        cap with bill or brim

·        Scout handbook

·        canteen or water bottle [at least 1 qt.]

·        flashlight and batteries

·        mess kit

·        notebook and pen & pencil

·        pocket knife

·         sunscreen

Compass                watch           cot         pillow

backpack                camera         film              sunglasses

handkerchiefs         shoelaces

water shoes            fishing rod and tackle

repair kit containing: needles and thread, buttons, safety pins

ITEMS SHOULD BE LABELED WITH SCOUT'S NAME AND TROOP NUMBER.

Leave at home:

·        Hunting knives

·        sheath knives

·        fireworks

·        personal bicycles

·        scooters

·        personal firearms

·        Jewelry and other expensive items.

Do not bring it if you cannot afford to lose it.
