Magnificent Stuffed Bread
| 1 1/12 lb. round loaf dark rye bread, unsliced | 4 oz. can chopped chiles |
| 8 oz. soft cream cheese | 2 1/2 pkg. dried beef, shredded |
| 1 cup sour cream | 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Cut off the top of the loaf of bread. Scoop out the center and break into pieces to be used to dip later. Mix remaining ingredients. Put dip mixture into the hollow loaf of bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with broken bread pieces.
Hint: as dip disappears, break bread shell and use to dip also.

Instant Hot Chocolate Mix
| 8 Qt. box powdered milk | 2/3 cup powdered sugar |
| 2 lb. box Nestle's Quik | medium jar non-dairy creamer |
Mix all ingredients well. Keep in an airtight container. Use 1/4 cup of mizture for 1 cup of hot chocolate. Keeps for six months or better.
