Brookings Show

A "South Dakota Artist Series" opened Tuesday
and is on display until Oct. 23 at the South Dakota Art Museum in
Brookings.
The exhibit features area artists Ginny Freitag and Larry Negaard. An
artists' reception is Sept. 16.
Freitag works with clay. An
art instructor at Madison Central School, she was previously a ceramics
instructor at Dakota State University.
Negaard explores a variety of media and
styles, and incorporates images into his collages. The former art teacher
works at his art full time, living in Watertown.
